What is your favourite book?
My favourite book is most probably 'Ice Cream Sunday' (It's supposed to be as in the day, I haven't just done it because I don't know the difference, lol)
How do you know that you are really enjoying a book?
Um, lots of different people have different reactions to a book. A main one I suffer through (is suffer the right word?) is that I can't put it down, or I go through lots of different emotions via what the character is doing or has happening to them, or maybe just what the text is saying. Other ways is that you are getting so into the book that you feel as if you're right there, seeing it all happening as if it was real.
Who is your favourite author?
Linda Stradely, the person who wrote my favourite book. xD
What do you look for in a book?
A good storyline, tension in the summary, characters that play with your emotions, strong emotional vocabulary... the list goes on.
Who is your idol?
Writing wise, Linda Stradely. She manages to put loads of detail in her work without making it boring and endless. For everything else, my idol is probably my Mum (mummy's girl alert xD) because she has a great insight on life and makes everything much more fun and exciting. Love you Mum!
What is your favourite thing to do when your bored?
Read, write a chapter of a story I'm currently working on on Wattpad, chat with my friends and watch my favourite film at the moment: Frozen!!
Swim or Cycle?
Swim. It's much more refreshing and you can get more fun out of it, like splashing people and stuff. Cycling you can only really do one thing. Cycle. xD
What do you want to achieve in life?
I really want to publish a book soon, or at least get one sent off to a publisher! But the overall thing I really would like to do is become a author.
Any hobbies?
Loads! Caring for rabbits (big one there) writing (big one there too) reading (another big one) interior design (sort of big: I make Sim houses on The Sims 3 then furnish them. -Miranda's Mum voice- Such fun!)
Apart from Reading, Writing and just being you, what else do you actually do in your spare time?
I hate to say it (but it's the truth lol) but I play on my laptop, whatever that may be. Also I like to shop for clothes, makeup and alike.
What is a wish, unrelated to writing, you really want to come true?
Getting a rabbit. I've always had a passion for them ever since I was 5 or even younger! It's been a wish that has gone on for a while. I just hope I can pursade my Mum and Dad to get me one! There thinking about it though, they were talking about hutches and how to care for a rabbit with a pet shop assistant, so I'm finally getting that one step closer to getting one!!
I hope that answers a few of your questions, and if you have any more, I'll only be too happy to answer them for you!
Beanie. cx
